Crossroads Care are Britain’s leading provider of support for carers and the people they care for. They work with over 35,000 individuals and their families, helping carers to make a life of their own outside caring.

The Brief

Crossroads Care Rotherham partnered with ADT to transform their digital presence with a modern, purpose-driven website designed to better reflect the impact of their work within the community.

The brief was clear: create a dynamic online platform that would elevate their visibility, strengthen engagement, and make it easier for supporters to get involved. Accessibility was a central priority allowing impaired to view the site easily.

The Solution

We designed and built a dynamic, purpose-driven website that transformed the charity’s digital presence – putting fundraising front and centre and making it easier than ever for supporters to donate, get involved, and champion campaigns.

The new platform was crafted to inspire action. Clear calls-to-action, compelling storytelling, and intuitive navigation work together to increase visibility for fundraising initiatives and drive meaningful public engagement.

Accessibility was a core priority throughout the project. To ensure inclusivity for visitors with visual impairments, we implemented enhanced accessibility features, including adjustable large-text functionality, enabling users to personalise their viewing experience with ease.

Beyond the public-facing site, we also developed a dedicated staff intranet – a secure, centralised hub where team members can access policies and key documents, stay informed with internal charity updates, and remain connected across departments.

The result is a powerful, accessible, and community-focused digital platform that supports both outward-facing fundraising goals and internal collaboration.
